Our company is committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If the product you purchased is damaged or missing, we are glad to offer a return and exchange service within 14 days upon delivery. To process your return and exchange request, customers are required to provide a video shooting from the unpacking of the delivery box, which must clearly show the process of opening the package and its entire contents.
